Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order BEFORE it is shipped out to you & it has NOT been packaged for shipping. If it has already been packaged for shipping you can no longer cancel your order.

​Defective Products

Damaged OR defective products may be returned to lanaorganix.com AFTER contacting us via e-mail: shop@lanaorganix.com. We ask that you please submit photo images of the damaged product.
