Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)

How To Use ACV:

Take a spray bottle fill half with water and half with ACV (Bragg's Brand). Spray this mixture throughout your entire head. Applying to both scalp and hair. Let it sit for about 10- 20 mins with a plastic cap. Rinse thoroughly and be sure to use a MOISTURIZING SHAMPOO. You have already stripped your hair well enough so a strong clarifying shampoo isn't needed @ this time. 

***MAJOR TIP: Please be sure to DILUTE your ACV prior to applying it to your hair and scalp. ACV is extremely strong and it WILL leave your hair drier than usual. Even when you dilute it, it will still leave your hair feeling dry because it literally strips your hair squeaky clean. This is why its VERY IMPORTANT to use a deep conditioner like HONEY WHIP to replenish your hair’s moisture after you are done with your ACV rinse.

Other Ways To Use ACV:

1.) Use as a FACE MASK, I mean that's if you really want to have a mini spa day. Go ahead and add some bentonite clay to your ACV. Mix it in a plastic bowl with a plastic spoon. DO NOT USE METAL UTENSILS. The bentonite clay will absorb the metal properties and become less effective. Anyway, feel free to dilute with water as well. APPLY TO YOUR FACE once the mixture has reached a pancake consistency. Leave it on your face until it hardens. This mask will pull all the toxins, dirt and oils from your pores. Be sure to moisturize your skin well after thoroughly rinsing the mask off.

2.) Take a TBS every morning with a warm cup of water to improve your gut health and digestive system.

3.) Use inside a foot bath and soak your feet to rid bacteria, infection and feet fungus.
